Hearty German Sausage and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 1red bell pepper, chopped
- 1red onion, chopped
- 3cloves garlic, minced
- 2tablespoons white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
- 1teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 ½pounds smoked German sausage, fully cooked and sliced
- 1(16-ounce) jar sauerkraut , rinsed and drained

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray or oil.Step 3
