Homemade Corned Beef Hash

- 1pound small potatoes (white, red, or Yukon gold)
- 1pound cooked corned beef
- ¼large onion, chopped
- 1clove garlic
- ¼teaspoon paprika
- Kosher salt , to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste)
