Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Whipped coffee with the taste of fall that any pumpkin lover will go crazy for. This recipe can be served cold or just warm the milk for a hot drink.
- Serves: 1 person
- 2tablespoons hot water
- 2tablespoons white sugar
- 1tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1cup 2% milk
- ¼cup pumpkin puree
- 1tablespoon maple syrup
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1Whip hot water, sugar, instant coffee, and pumpkin pie spice together with a mixer or by hand until mixture is light and has thick to soft peaks.
Step 2Mix milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a separate bowl until well combined.
Step 3Pour milk mixture into a serving glass and spoon coffee mixture on top. If desired, mix them together for that wonderful pumpkin pie flavor.
