Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Yummy breakfast smoothie that has the taste of apple-cinnamon oatmeal!
- Serves: 1 person
- 1medium Honeycrisp apple
- 6ounces cashew milk
- ¼cup gluten-free oats
- 4cubes ice, or more to taste
- 2scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
- ½teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Step 1Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Step 2Blend until smooth.
