Ingredients
- 3steamed buns
- ½lb. thinly sliced beef
- ½cup bulgogi marinade
- ¼cup shredded carrots
- 6quick pickles
- 6slices pickled burdock root or radish
- a few sprigs cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Let the beef marinate in the bulgogi marinade for at least 2 hours.Step 2
Once they've soaked, heat up a grill to medium-high heat and cook the beef for a few minutes until it's charred on the outside.Step 3
Remove from heat and set aside.Step 4
Prepared the steamed buns according to the directions.Step 5
Remove buns from the steamer, carefully open them up and equally distribute the cooked beef, kewpie mayo, shredded carrots, pickled cucumbers, pickled burdock root, cilantro and sriracha if desired.Step 6
Serve immediately.
