Korean Barbecue Steamed Buns With Bulgogi Beef Recipe
Korean barbecue steamed buns with bulgogi beef are made with a spicy blend of gochujang, ginger, garlic, spices, and soy sauce.

- 3steamed buns
- ½lb. thinly sliced beef
- ½cup bulgogi marinade
- ¼cup shredded carrots
- 6quick pickles
- 6slices pickled burdock root or radish
- a few sprigs cilantro
Step 1Let the beef marinate in the bulgogi marinade for at least 2 hours.
Step 2Once they've soaked, heat up a grill to medium-high heat and cook the beef for a few minutes until it's charred on the outside.
Step 3Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4Prepared the steamed buns according to the directions.
Step 5Remove buns from the steamer, carefully open them up and equally distribute the cooked beef, kewpie mayo, shredded carrots, pickled cucumbers, pickled burdock root, cilantro and sriracha if desired.
Step 6Serve immediately.
