Thai Toast With Peanut Butter, Sriracha, and Cilantro Recipe

- 1piece of wholegrain toast
- 1to 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 1tsp. peanuts (chopped)
- 1large drizzle of sriracha (more or less depending on preference)
- 1wedge of lime
- ½tsp. cilantro leaves
- 1tsp. honey
Step 1Begin by toasting one slice of whole-grain bread.
Step 2Next, smear on some peanut butter, we recommend the kind that you can grind yourself at Whole Foods , drizzle with honey.
Step 3Next, add the chopped cilantro and the chopped peanuts and finish with a drizzle of Sriracha—more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
Step 4Before serving, douse it with the juice of 1 lime wedge and serve immediately. If you need to take it on the go, just cut the toast in half and make a sandwich out of it.
