Pasta Rybna (Mackerel Spread)

This quick and easy mackerel spread is easy to whip up in a hurry and serve as a starter or as a party dip with crusty bread or crackers.

Ingredients

• 6 ounces canned mackerel fillets in oil
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
• 1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps

1. Drain mackerel and place in a large bowl. Add eggs, onion, mayonnaise, parsley, and black pepper; mix well to combine.
