- Optional: 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

- 1teaspoons yeast
- ¼cups honey
- 1teaspoons molasses
- 3tablespoons cereal (10-grain, such as Bob's Red Mill)
- 2tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 ½teaspoons salt
- ½cup flour (or more as needed for adjustments)
- 1tablespoon wheat gluten (vital)
