- ½cup quick cooking oats
- 1cup water
- 2tablespoons white sugar
- 1tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½teaspoon vanilla
- 1tablespoon skim milk, or as needed

Step 1
Combine oats and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cook in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Top off with as much milk as desired.
