Tangy Chicken II
This chicken dish is a family favorite. It goes well with a baked potato and a side of asparagus.

Ingredients
- ¼cup butter
- ¼cup lemon juice
- ¼cup cider vinegar
- 1teaspoon garlic salt
- 1teaspoon onion salt
- ½teaspoon black pepper
- 1whole chicken, cut up

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the butter, lemon juice, cider vinegar, garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until butter is melted.Step 3
Arrange chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken.Step 4
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn chicken pieces, and continue baking 30 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
