Lavender Honey Ice Cream
This luscious four-ingredient ice cream is easy to make with or without an ice cream maker. So good, you'll lick your spoon clean!

Ingredients
- 1 ½cups heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 ½cups whole or 2% milk
- ½cup honey
- 2tablespoons dried culinary lavender
Instructions
Step 1
Add the 1 1/2 cups heavy cream , 1 1/2 cups milk , 1/2 cup honey , and 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender to a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Stirring occasionally, cook until the lavender cream mixture is steaming.Step 2
Check to see that the honey is completely dissolved into the cream and then remove the pan from the heat. Allow it to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.Step 3
Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the lavender cream and discard the solids.Step 4
Chill the mixture for 1 hour and then freeze it in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.Step 5
Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy.
