Chicory & gorgonzola salad
Make this salad for a light snack or a colourful side dish – the gorgonzola gives it a lovely depth of flavour, while the chilli adds a kick

Ingredients
- 1chicory head, thinly sliced
- 1iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- ½tbsp parsley chopped
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp white wine vinegar
- 50g gorgonzola, cubed
- 1red chilli, finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Put the chicory and lettuce into a serving bowl and toss through the parsley. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar, then season and use to dress the salad leaves. Toss well, so the dressing is well distributed, then sprinkle on the gorgonzola and chilli. Serve immediately. This recipe has been provided by Moje Gotowane and not been re-tested by us.
