- Dough:
- 4ounces (1 stick) butter (unsalted, softened)
- ⅛teaspoon salt
- ⅓cup sugar
- ¼cup confectioners sugar
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1large egg (room temperature)
- 1 ¼cups all-purpose flour
- Filling #1:
- 1teaspoon cocoa
- 1teaspoon rum (dark)
- 1cup jam (apricot)
- 1tablespoon milk
- ¾cup walnuts (ground, not chopped)

- 4ounces/1 stick butter (softened)
- ¾cup confectioners sugar
- 7ounces walnuts (ground, not chopped)
- 1shot vodka
- Milk as needed to make a moist filling
