Ingredients

slice bread

teaspoon butter, or as needed

fresh peach, sliced
1
tablespoon mascarpone cheese
1
teaspoon honey

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Lightly butter the slice of bread and lay peach slices on top. Grill gently on the preheated grill until peach softens. Dot with mascarpone cheese and drizzle with honey.
