  1. Step 1

    Grease 4 ovenproof ramekins (each approx. 200 ml) with a little butter.
  2. Step 2

    Cut the cherries in half, remove the stone, place in the prepared ramekins.
  3. Step 3

    Melt the butter in a small pan, allow to cool slightly. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the butter, milk and eggs, mix in. Pour the batter over the cherries.
  4. Step 4

    Approx. 45 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, dust with icing sugar.
