Zucchini Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1¾ cups almond milk
- 1pinch salt
- 1cup old-fashioned oats
- 1cup shredded zucchini
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- ½tablespoon salted butter
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2tablespoons crushed walnuts

Step 1
Bring almond milk and salt to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add oats, zucchini, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, butter, and vanilla. Top with crushed walnuts.
