Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket
This is a breakfast take on the classic pigs in a blanket that is made with scrambled eggs, bacon and sprinkled with cheese.

Ingredients
- 2(8-ounce) packages crescent roll dough
- 1(14-ounce) package cocktail franks
- ¼pound bacon (about 5 slices)
- 4eggs
- 1tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½cup shredded cheddar cheese

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Cook the bacon in the oven or on the stovetop until crispy. Let cool slightly and chop into very small bits.Step 3
Whisk the eggs until completely combined and cook in the tablespoon of butter until cooked through.Step 4
Preheat the oven to 375 F.Step 5
Cut each crescent triangle into three smaller, long and skinny triangles.Step 6
Sprinkle each triangle with a little bacon. Place a small teaspoon of scrambled eggs on top. Then top with a cocktail frank. Roll until completely wrapped in pastry. Place the roll on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.Step 7
Repeat steps with remaining dough and dogs.Step 8
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Serve immediately!
