Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
My very favorite appetizer recipe of all time, Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes, is made using only five ingredients, including mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 2pints cherry tomatoes
- ¾cup mayonnaise
- ½cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (NOT packaged)
- ⅛teaspoon garlic powder
- 1to 2 tablespoons fresh minced basil leaves
- 1(16-ounce) package thin-sliced bacon, crisply cooked, drained, and crumbled

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Cut the top off each cherry tomato, as well as a very small portion of the bottom of each tomato so that they stand upright.Step 3
Using a melon baller or a sharp knife, carefully scoop out the seeds and pulp. Place each little tomato upside down on a paper towel to drain.Step 4
Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil leaves, and bacon in a small bowl and mix well.Step 5
Stuff each cherry tomato with the bacon mixture using a very small spoon.Step 6
Cover all of the stuffed tomatoes and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to blend flavors before serving.
