- 2 ½cups milk (whole)
- ⅓cup all-purpose flour
- ½teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- For the Red Sauce:
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- ½pound ground beef
- ½pound ground pork
- 1medium onion (chopped)
- 6to 8 white mushrooms (sliced)
- 3cloves garlic (chopped)
- 30-ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2teaspoons oregano (dried)
- 2teaspoons basil (dried)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- For Assembling:
- 1package lasagna noodles (oven-ready)
- 2cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
