Date and Spinach Salad
An almost no-cook salad! If you do not like the idea of eating raw spinach, you can blanch it before shredding.
- Serves: 2 persons
- 1cup plain yogurt
- ½teaspoon white sugar, or to taste
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1cup shredded fresh spinach
- ½cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1pinch red pepper flakes
Step 1Mix yogurt, sugar, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add spinach and dates; stir to combine. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
