Bread Machine Beer Pizza Dough
This easy beer pizza dough is made in a bread machine, but it can also be made with a stand mixer (with the dough hook) or kneaded by hand.

Ingredients
- 1cup beer (room temperature)
- 3tablespoons olive oil
- 3cups all-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon sugar
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1 ½teaspoons active dry yeast

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Put all of the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer. Set it on the dough cycle.Step 3
When the cycle ends, remove the dough and roll it out to fit your lightly greased pizza pan(s). Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes longer.Step 4
Top with your choice of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake in a preheated 425 F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the crust and the toppings.Step 5
