Italian Dressing Pork Tenderloin
Italian dressing is a perfect marinade for pork tenderloin. The combination of oil and vinegar with herbs and spices makes it delicious.

Ingredients
- 10-ounce/225g pork tenderloins
- ¾cup/180mL Italian Dressing

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Place all ingredients in a resealable bag.Step 3
Toss to coat tenderloins and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but no longer than overnight.Step 4
Preheat grill.Step 5
Remove tenderloins from bag and grill over a hot fire. Total cooking time should be about 15 minutes.Step 6
Turn occasionally to prevent burning.Step 7
Once internal temperature of pork reaches 160 to 165 F, remove from heat and loosely tent with aluminum foil.Step 8
Let meat rest for 5 to 10 minutes before carving.Step 9
Slice into small disks or medallions.
