Italian Dressing Pork Tenderloin
Italian dressing is a perfect marinade for pork tenderloin. The combination of oil and vinegar with herbs and spices makes it delicious.
- Serves: 4 persons
- 10-ounce/225g pork tenderloins
- ¾cup/180mL Italian Dressing
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Place all ingredients in a resealable bag.
Step 3Toss to coat tenderloins and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but no longer than overnight.
Step 4Preheat grill.
Step 5Remove tenderloins from bag and grill over a hot fire. Total cooking time should be about 15 minutes.
Step 6Turn occasionally to prevent burning.
Step 7Once internal temperature of pork reaches 160 to 165 F, remove from heat and loosely tent with aluminum foil.
Step 8Let meat rest for 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
Step 9Slice into small disks or medallions.
