Old-Fashioned Quaker Oats Meatloaf
Quaker Oats meatloaf is an old recipe that appeared on the box. It uses oatmeal instead of crackers or breadcrumbs making this meatloaf delicious.

Ingredients
- 1pound ground chuck
- 1pound ground round
- ½cup onions (minced)
- 1clove garlic (minced)
- ⅔cup milk
- 1egg (beaten)
- ¾cup oatmeal
- 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon black pepper
- ¼cup ketchup
- 1tablespoon yellow mustard

Preheat the oven to 350 F.Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the ground chuck, ground round, onions, garlic, milk, egg, oatmeal, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.Step 4
Press into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, then remove from the oven.Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard and spread it evenly over the meatloaf.Step 6
Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 F.Step 7
