Cracker Jack Cookies II
Chocolate chip cookies with a few more ingredients. Oatmeal, coconut, and cereal make them very good and chewy.

Ingredients
- 1cup butter
- 1cup brown sugar
- 1cup white sugar
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- ⅛teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2cups rolled oats
- 1cup flaked coconut
- 2cups crispy rice cereal
- 1cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the oatmeal, coconut, crisp rice cereal and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.Step 3
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
