Roasted Tomatoes Recipe
Very easy, roasted tomatoes make a great side dish and ingredient. Seasoned with balsamic vinegar and garlic, this recipe creates flavorful tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 6medium plum tomatoes
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- 2teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1medium clove garlic, finely minced
- ¼teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼teaspoon kosher salt

Gather the ingredients. Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 450 F.Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Set aside and let the garlic infuse the liquids while you prepare the tomatoes.Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half and set them in a roasting pan with the cut side up.Step 4
Drizzle the garlic-infused vinegar and oil over top of the tomatoes, ensuring each gets a little garlic. Season with pepper and salt.Step 5
Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and sizzling.
