Ingredients
- 500 gbroccoli
- salted water
- 300 gpasta
- 1 tbsphoney mustard
- 1 dlwhite balsamic vinegar
- 180 gplain yoghurt
- ¾ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 1 tincorn kernels
- 80 gham cubes
- 1cucumber
Instructions
Step 1
Break the broccoli into florets, roughly chop the stalk. Cook the broccoli and pasta in boiling salted water for approx. 10 mins. until the pasta is al dente. Drain the pasta and broccoli, rinse in cold water, drain well.Step 2
Mix the mustard, balsamic and yoghurt in a bowl, season.Step 3
Drain the sweetcorn, add to the dressing with the diced ham.Step 4
Quarter the cucumber lengthwise, cut into pieces, add to the sauce with the broccoli and pasta, mix.
