Minted Melon Summer Salad
Super-easy and refreshing summer accompaniment to spicy or grilled foods. Fruit can be chopped smaller to be used as a relish/condiment or left bite-sized to be a salad/side. Also great for a change of pace on the brunch buffet!

Ingredients
- 4cups cubed honeydew
- ½lime, juiced
- ¼cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 3tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1pinch white sugar, or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Gently combine honeydew, lime juice, mint, cilantro, and sugar together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
