- 1cup chopped zucchini
- ½cup chopped yellow squash
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes
- 1cup thinly sliced fennel
- ½teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ¼teaspoon ground black pepper
