Greek-Style Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
These Greek-style grilled pork chops have a tasty marinade that can be used for grilling chicken too.

Ingredients
- 4to 6 pork loin rib chops (about 3/4-inch thick, be sure to get chops that are at least this thick so they won't cook too quickly and dry out.)
- ½cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2large lemons for juicing
- 2cloves garlic (minced)
- 1tablespoon oregano (dried)
- To taste: salt and pepper

Whisk together the oil, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.Step 3
Place the chops in a shallow pan or other nonreactive container. Pour the marinade over the chops. Cover refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.Step 4
Prepare a medium-high (400 F to 475 F) gas or charcoal grill fire. Remove the chops from the marinade (discard the marinade) and grill until the internal temperature reaches 145 F on a digital thermometer, turning half way through cooking, about 11 minutes total.Step 5
Allow the chops to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. If desired, give the chops a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze or two of lemon juice prior to serving. Tips and Variations:
