Ingredients
- 500 gbroccoli
- 1garlic clove
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 6 dlvegetable bouillon
- 2 dlmilk
- 80 ggrated Cheddar
- ¼ tspnutmeg
- salt to taste
- 4 slicecrispbread
- 20 ggrated Cheddar
Instructions
Step 1
Break the broccoli into florets, peel the stalk, cut into small pieces, peel and crush the garlic./kids>Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and broccoli, fry for approx. 3 mins., stirring occasionally. Pour in the stock and the milk, simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, puree. Add the cheese and nutmeg, mix, season with salt.Step 3
Plate up the soup, break the crispbread into small pieces over the soup, sprinkle on top along with the cheese.
