- 100 gfrozen berry mixture
- 1organic lemon
- 2 dlwater
- 2 sprigspeppermint
- 7 dlnon-alcoholic champagne
Step 1Place the berries in an ice cube tray, fill to the rim with water, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Step 2Halve the lemon, quarter one half lengthwise, cut into thin slices. Squeeze out the other half of the lemon, mix with the water. Tear off the mint leaves, place in the wells of the other ice cube tray along with the lemon slices, top with the lemon water, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Step 3Pour the non-alcoholic sparkling wine into a jug, add the berry and lemon ice cubes, serve.
