Sunflower Drop Cookies
Good, slightly different because of the sunflower seeds
- Serves: 2 persons
Ingredients
- 1⅛ cups all-purpose flour
- 1⅛ cups whole wheat flour
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- 1cup butter
- 5tablespoons brown sugar
- 5tablespoons white sugar
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1cup sunflower seeds
- 2cups flaked coconut
Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in eggs and vanilla.Step 2
Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add coconut and sunflower seeds. Mix together well.Step 3
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
