Simple Glazed Pork Tenderloin Recipe
A simple peach or apricot and balsamic glaze adds flavor to this roasted pork tenderloin. The pork is briefly seared and then roasted to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 pounds
- grill seasoning blend or salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1cup peach or apricot preserves
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Trim excess fat and silver skin from pork. Season with salt and pepper or grill seasoning. Sear on all sides, about 6 to 8 minutes total. Transfer to a baking pan.Step 4
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.Step 5
Roast pork tenderloin for about 12 minutes. Brush generously with glaze mixture and then continue roasting for 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until pork registers at least 145 F on an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a tenderloin.Step 6
