Greyhound cocktail

Mix a vibrant cocktail with pink grapefruit juice and gin or vodka. Much like a screwdriver, this is a simple classic with a fruity twist

Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 50 ml gin or vodka
• 200 ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
• wedge of grapefruit or slice of lime

Steps

1. Fill a tall glass with ice, then add the gin or vodka.
2. Pour over the grapefruit juice, then stir using a long spoon. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or slice of lime.
