Homemade yakisoba sauce

Ingredients
- 2tbsp sake
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce or vegan alternative
- 1tbsp oyster sauce (vegan if needed) or brown sauce
- 1tbsp mirin
Instructions
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in an airtight jar or container, then mix well until combined – stir together using a spoon first, then put the lid on and shake until everything is fully incorporated. Will keep chilled for up to a month.
