Preheat oven to 230 celsius, and line a large baking sheet with baking paper

Lightly oil the baking paper with avocado oil

In a shallow bowl, mix the almond flour, ground flaxseed, onion powder, salt and paprika

In another bowl prepare the milk

Dip the chicken strips/tofu in the milk, and then in the almond flour mix, and lay on the baking sheet

Drizzle avocado oil on top, and place in oven. After about 10 min flip the chicken/tofu, and place in the oven for another 5-7 min (depending on their size)
Step 7
After 15 min, check that the chicken is cooked properly. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately
