Chocolate Chip-Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients
- 2cups white sugar
- 2cups pumpkin puree
- ¾cup vegetable oil
- 4large eggs
- 2cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2teaspoons baking powder
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- ½teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼teaspoon ground ginger
- 1½ cups bran flakes cereal
- 1cup chocolate chips
- 1cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Step 2
Mix sugar, pumpkin, oil, and eggs together in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and ginger and mix well. Add bran flakes, chocolate chips, and walnuts; gently mix. Pour into the prepared pan.Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
