- ½cup heavy cream
- 2tablespoons butter
- 1cup sour cream
- 1cup cheddar cheese , shredded
- ½teaspoon salt
- ⅛teaspoon white pepper

Beat eggs with cream in a large bowl.Step 3
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.Step 4
Pour eggs into skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are scrambled and just set, but still moist.Step 5

Spread eggs into a greased 7 x 12-inch glass baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.Step 7
