Ingredients
- 600 gparsnips
- 300 gleek
- 1 tspsalt
- 200 gfeta
- 4 dlsingle cream for sauces
- 4 dlfull-cream milk
- 1garlic clove
- 1organic lemon
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 1 tspsalt
- a littlepepper
Instructions
Step 1
Place the parsnips and leek in the prepared tray, season with salt, mix together. Mix in the feta.Step 2
Combine the single cream with all the other ingredients, pour on top of the vegetables.Step 3
Approx. 1 hr. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, leave the gratin to stand for approx. 5 mins.
