Easy Pancakes
This recipe doesn't require much thought early in the morning, and tastes great!

Ingredients
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 2tablespoons white sugar
- 2teaspoons baking powder
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1egg, beaten
- 1cup milk
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth.Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
