Simple Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms
These simple mushrooms are crispy on the bottom, ready in 5 minutes, and pair nicely with any protein.
- 2tablespoons unsalted butter
- 7ounces oyster mushrooms, trimmed
- 1teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2Add mushrooms and garlic in an even layer, making sure to not overcrowd.
Step 3Cook for 5 minutes undisturbed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
