Thanksgiving Leftovers "Ramen"
Tired of the same old reheated leftovers? I combined these staples, boiled some noodles, and came out with a tasty alternative.
- Serves: 4 persons
- 1(8 ounce) package spaghetti
- 6cups turkey stock
- 1cup turkey gravy
- 2tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste
- 2cups roughly chopped roasted turkey
Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
Step 2Reheat turkey stock in a separate pot over medium-low heat. Stir in gravy and soy sauce.
Step 3Combine 1/4 of the noodles, 1 1/2 cups broth mixture, and 1/2 cup chopped turkey in a bowl; repeat with remaining noodles, broth, and turkey.
