Ingredients
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 150 gcream cheese with pepper
- 1 tbspwater
- 750 gdifferent coloured cherry tomatoes
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ½ bunchbasil
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the pastry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, prick firmly with a fork. Cut off approx. 1 cm all the way around. Brush the edges of the pastry with a little water, place the pastry strips on top, press down gently. Combine the cream cheese and water, brush the pastry with the mixture. Top with the cherry tomatoes.Step 2
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove and season with salt. Mix the oil and basil, drizzle over the top.
