5-Minute Vegan Pesto
This quick and easy vegan pesto is a delicious topping for any pizza, pasta or salad, and takes only 5 minutes with just a few ingredients.
- Serves: 6 persons
- 3cups fresh basil leaves
- ⅔cup olive oil
- ¼cup pine nuts
- 2tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2cloves garlic
- ½teaspoon salt
- ¼teaspoon ground black pepper
Step 1Combine basil leaves, olive oil, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and black pepper in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until smooth.
