Cranberry-Pumpkin Cornbread

- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 1cup cornmeal
- 1cup white sugar
- 4teaspoons baking powder
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1cup fresh cranberries
- 1cup milk
- ⅔cup pumpkin puree
- 1egg

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.Step 2
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in cranberries, milk, pumpkin, and egg until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting, 5 to 10 minutes.
