- 1 ½cups butterscotch chips
- ⅔cup peanut butter
- 3ounces. chow mein noodles, broken
- ½cup salted peanuts

Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe container. Heat on 50 percent power for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir, and repeat, if necessary, until the chips are melted.Step 3
Stir in the chow mein noodles and peanuts, breaking up the noodles as you do so.Step 4
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed-paper-lined cookie sheets.Step 5
