Ingredients
- 50 gorganic raw cashews
- 300 mlwater
- cashew milk
- 3spirulina tablets
- 1 tablespoonManuka honey
- 1 teaspoon(s)Himalayan salt, or substitute with sea salt
- 130 mlcoconut water
- 1 tablespooncoconut oil
- 10 g99% dark chocolate
- cinnamon powder
- 1lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 pieceginger (approx. 5cm)
- 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
- 1 tablespoonground coriander
- ½ tablespoontellicherry pepper

Step 1
For the cashew milk, put the cashews and water in a high-powered blender and blend for 1 minute.Step 2
Peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger and add to the blender with spirulina, Manuka honey, Himalayan salt, coconut water, coconut oil, chocolate, some cinnamon, zest and juice of a lemon, turmeric, coriander and Tellicherry pepper and blend to a perfect power smoothie.
