Cannoli Cream with Cookies
Try this simple dessert with Ricotta con Latte® from BelGioioso.
- Serves: 6 persons
- 1(16 ounce) container BelGioioso Ricotta Con Latte®
- ¼cup white sugar
- 2tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
- 12lemon-flavored shortbread cookies
- 6mint sprigs
Step 1Combine BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte cheese with sugar until well blended. More sugar may be added if a sweeter filling is preferred. Stir in the chocolate chips; cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 2To serve, scoop a serving of the cannoli cream onto a dessert plate and garnish with cookies and a mint sprig.
