- 1cup all-purpose flour
- ½cup cornmeal
- 1heaping teaspoon sugar (granulated)
- 1 ½teaspoons baking powder
- ¼teaspoon salt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- ½cup lukewarm water, or enough to form a soft dough

Steam the balls in batches of 3 or 4, for 8 to 10 minutes per batch.
