Supreme Thai Ribs
Supreme Thai ribs are supremely delicious smothered in a sweet-sour-spicy sauce that makes your palate sing.

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons onion (minced)
- 3cloves garlic (minced)
- 1fresh green chili (minced)
- ⅓cup soy sauce
- 2tablespoons fish sauce
- 2teaspoon rice vinegar
- ⅓cup packed brown sugar
- 4tablespoons maple syrup
- 2teaspoons cornstarch
- 2pounds ribs

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Preheat oven to 275 F.Step 3
Stir together onion, garlic, chile, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk in the cornstarch.Step 4
Lay the pork in a flat baking dish. Pat dry on both sides with a paper towel. Pour sauce over, gently turning to saturate all parts. At this point, you can leave it in the refrigerator to marinate up to 24 hours before cooking.Step 5
Set dish in the center of your oven to roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours (note that these ribs can be cooked at 350 F for 1 hour but they won't turn out nearly so tender or juicy!) until the pork is thoroughly cooked.Step 6
Cut rack into generous-sized portions and serve over jasmine rice . Extra sauce is wonderful spooned over for a final topping. If desired, sprinkle with finely sliced spring onions.
